Dr. Voelker earned her undergraduate degree in English and Elementary Education at Hunter College in New York City. She earned her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Virginia, and her Doctoral Degree Educational Leadership and Policy at Virginia Tech.

Mr. Rodney earned his undergraduate degree in Secondary Social Studies Education at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. He earned his Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Averett University and his Post-Master's Certificate in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Biography:
Mrs. Judge-Harden joined Chesterfield County Public Schools in May of 2005, as a substitute teacher at Providence Middle School. As a career switcher, in August of 2005, she started as a special education teacher under a 3 year provisional teaching license. In August of 2008, she received her 5 year teaching license. As of May 2015, Mrs. Judge-Harden earned a M. Ed. in Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Richmond. She is the 2017 Teacher of the Year for Providence Middle School.

Mrs. Varljen has called the Providence Middle community family for 12 years. She earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education, Middle Education and Special Education at Keene State College in New Hampshire. Currently, she is pursuing a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Richmond. Past experiences have included: Literacy Coach, English 6 and 8, 2nd grade, 5th grade, and Early Childhood Special Education.
